These terms govern your use of 75 Glow Up. By installing or using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please uninstall.

The service

75 Glow Up is a wellness challenge app. We provide habit tracking, social accountability features, and progress reporting. We do not provide medical, fitness, or nutritional advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting any new physical activity or dietary change.

Subscriptions

Premium features require an auto-renewable subscription billed through your Apple ID:

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Refunds

All payments are handled by Apple. Refund requests follow Apple's standard policy: reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your content

You keep all rights to the photos, tasks, and progress data you create. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host and display this content inside the app for the purpose of running the service.

Acceptable use

Don't use the app to harass other users, post illegal content, or attempt to access other people's accounts. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Paris, France, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.
